The Yurok Tribe’s Information Technology Department is seeking an IT Support Specialist II to join our team. IT Department is working partially remotely and looking for someone who is self-motivated, able to work independently, comfortable with video conferencing as well as collaborating remotely. The applicant must also be available when requested for in-person meet ups in the Weitchpec, Eureka, and Klamath areas as well as having a rotating schedule for the office in Eureka. Knowledge of phone servers is helpful.
This position requires a bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field and a minimum of two years of general computer installation, maintenance, and repair experience. Progressively responsible work experience in a similar occupation may be substituted for the educational requirement.
