On January 4th of 2005 the ribbon was cut, for the first Tribally-Owned and Operated Business of Klamath California. The Ribbon was cut by the Chairperson of the Yurok Tribe, Howard McConnell. This is the first economic development project, but not the last for the Yurok Tribe. |
