The GIS Division provides a centralized GIS function to the Yurok Tribe and provides services to all departments in the creation, analysis, and mapping of individual projects along with creating data, statistical and map information for the Yurok Reservation and Ancestral Territory to assist Yurok Tribal Departments and Tribal Members.
This form is to be utilized by Yurok Tribal employees along with outside agencies who would like to make a request for GIS analysis, maps, and/or data. Please take advantage of this fully functional digital form, the information requested assists us in record-keeping, prevents confusion about what is being requested and provides us with details that will make it possible to process requests efficiently.
