DMV EXEMPTION

• Requirements for getting a DMV Exemption:
• Must provide proof that you physically reside on an Indian Reservation or Rancheria to be eligible. 
• Proof can be any of the following:

                            Current Utility Bill        (Electric or Water Bill)

                            Current Propane Bill

• DMV Exemptions can be obtained at the Tribal Offices in Eureka, Klamath or Weitchpec.

These are the requirements from the State Board of Equalization and the Department of Motor Vehicles
